Why is my carrier's Isaac connection showing "insufficient scope"?

Resolve Isaac permission errors blocking HOS and logbook data sharing.

This error means the Isaac account your carrier used to connect does not have the required permissions to share logbook (HOS) data. It is a permissions issue on the carrier's Isaac account, not a problem with Catena or the connection itself.

Disconnecting and reconnecting will not fix this. The carrier must log into their Isaac account and verify that the connecting user has the required permissions to access logbook data.

Once the carrier has updated their permissions in Isaac, they should reconnect using their magic link. The new connection will reflect the updated permissions.

If the carrier confirms they have full permissions in Isaac and the error persists, submit a support ticket with the fleet ID and the specific driver ELD IDs that are failing
