How do I remove a carrier from my fleet list on the dashboard?
Understand what happens when you click "Delete" next to a carrier in your Catena dashboard, and how to reconnect them later if needed.
How to delete a fleet
- Go to your fleet table in the Catena dashboard.
- Locate the carrier you want to remove.
- Click the delete option next to their name.
- Confirm the action - the share agreement is canceled immediately.
Deleting a fleet cancels the share agreement between that carrier and your organization. The carrier will disappear from your fleet list because you no longer have access to their data.
If you later need their data again, you'll need to re-invite them so a new share agreement can be created.
Note: this only affects your organization's access. It has no effect on the carrier's relationship with any other partners they share data with.
