Why is my carrier's Trimble connection failing? What do they need before onboarding?
Trimble onboarding requires a Catena data-sharing agreement.
Trimble (Peoplenet) requires a commercial data-sharing agreement between Trimble and Catena before any carrier can be onboarded. This is not something the carrier or your team can bypass by entering credentials.
If one of your carriers is trying to connect a Trimble ELD and receiving errors, contact your Catena account team. They will confirm whether the necessary agreement is in place and coordinate with Trimble if it is not.
