What is a magic link and how does my carrier use it?
Use a Catena link to start carrier onboarding securely in Catena Connect.
A magic link is the unique URL you generate through the Catena API to begin a carrier's onboarding flow. You send this link to your carrier, and when they click it, it opens Catena Connect, the secure portal where they enter their TSP credentials.
Magic links expire 24 hours after they are created. They are single-use: once accepted they cannot be reused. If a link expires before your carrier completes the connection, see this article for how to resend it.
Note: Carriers do not need to create a username or password to use Catena Connect. The magic link is the only thing needed.
